Very friendly staff at check-in and the room was lovely. We had a King Studio which was a nice big room. The room was spotlessly clean with lovely decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower. The motel was in a lovely location close to town. Even though it is on the main highway into Hawera there was very little road noise. We really enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely stay again.

I checked in late at night but was warmly greeted upon arrival. The room has a heat pump so I was able to warm the room up pretty quick as it was a colds winters night. I had a beautiful sleep and all round was happy with the facility. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for others.

We were very appreciative to have our room unlocked and ready for us when we arrived late - it was not a bother for them. The room was clean and smelt fresh. Very comfy for what we needed for 2 nights and at a reasonable price. Have stayed here 3 times now and would recommend :)

The room was very clean and comfortable and was serviced daily a delight to return to at the end of a very busy and full on day. We had a disability studio due to needing wheelchair access. The bathroom was clean and spacious. High water pressure made for a greater experience.
